Chicken – 1kg
Aksa Chicken Fry Masala – 3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 ½ tbsp
Salt – as required
Lemon juice-1/4 cup
Cooking Oil-as required
Cut chicken into medium sized pieces. Clean well. Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, Aksa Chicken Fry Masala, ginger garlic paste and salt as required and keep it for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown. Serve hot with Chappathi/Porotta.
