Meat Masala:

This is a specialBlend of Meat Masala, which has an exceptional and exclusive blend of spices which you can use to make Beef Curry or add as seasoning for various curries. Though there are a vivid range of Beef Recipes and everyone has their own way of perfecting it..

Ingredients

  • Beef - ½ kg, cut into small pieces
  • Aksa Meat Masala-3 tsp
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Fennel (perumjeerakam) -1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Onion - 2, sliced finely
  • Green chili - 2
  • Ginger
  • Coconut oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt as required

Directions


    Grind together Aksa Meat masala,ginger, fennel and cardamom. Heat the oil in a pan/pressure cooker. Add onion, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and salt. When the onions become soft add ground masala & fry till the oil starts appearing. Add the beef and 1 cup of water. Cook the beef till it becomes tender and the gravy is thick.
 

It tastes great with parotta, roti, puttu,rice.
