About this recipe:

Our special blend of meat powder can be used in a small quantity for marinating beef pieces, preparing beef curries or as a seasoning. Our powder is natural and homemade and has a gratifying tang and taste. It converts the otherwise ordinary dish to a gastronomical delight.


Beef Ularthu Masala:

This is a special Meat powder which has an exceptional and exclusive blend of spices which you can use to make Beef Ularthiyathu or add as seasoning for various curries. Though there are a vivid range of Beef Recipes and everyone has their own way of perfecting it.


  • Beef (Cut into pieces) – ½ kg
  • Aksa beef ularthu masala – 2-3tbsp
  • Small Onion crushed – 1 cup
  • Garlic & Ginger crushed – 1 ½ tbsp
  • Onion sliced – ½ cup
  • Curry leaves- as required
  • Coconut pieces -1/2 cup
  • Cooking Oil – as required
  • Salt-as required


Marinate the cleaned beef pieces with Aksa Meat Masala and required salt. Keep it aside for 
15-20 min. Pressure cook the beef with little water for 20-25 min in a medium flame. Open the cooker and if there is any excess water boil till the water is dried completely.

Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan and then add coconut pieces, curry leaves, crushed onions and fry till golden brown. Add cooked beef and cook in a low flame till the beef becomes black in colour. Stir well in between. Garnish with curry leaves and sliced onion. Serve hot with rice / chapatti/parotta
