Chicken curry is a common delicacy in South Asia, Southeast Asia, as well as in the Caribbean (where it is usually referred to as "curry chicken"). A typical South Asian curry consists of chicken stewed in an onion and tomato-based sauce, flavoured with ginger, garlic, chili peppers and a variety of spices, often including turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom and so on.


Chicken Masala:

Our chicken masala has an exceptional and exclusive blend of spices which you can use to marinate chicken or add as seasoning for various gravies and curries. You can try out new recipes or continue with the traditional. Be assured you will not be disappointed.


  • Chicken – 1kg
  • Aksa chicken masala – 4 tbsp
  • Sliced onion – 3 nos
  • Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies - 2 to 4 or as required
  • Tomato – 1 no.
  • Curry leaves
  • Pure cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard - ½ tsp
  • Salt as required


Cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate the chicken with the Aksa chicken masala and salt for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oil in a vessel, splutter mustard seeds and sauté curry leaves, sliced onion and green chilies. Add garlic ginger paste and Tomato and sauté again. Add marinated chicken into the mix with required water and cook till done. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
