WHITE PUTTU

Method

Mix well Aksa White Puttu Podi with salt as required. Add water little by little to it and Mix well until the flour becomes crumbly and moist without any lumps. Layer the Puttu Maker first with grated coconut and then with moist Aksa White Puttu Podi mix and fill grated coconut at the end. Steam for 5-6 min. Serve hot with Kadala Curry, Pappadam or Banana.
