EGG MASALA
Method
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Saute sliced onions and curry leaves till onions turn golden brown. Add crushed ginger and garlic and sauté again. Add Aksa Egg Masala, sliced tomatoes, salt and fry for 5 min. Add sufficient water and boil it. Then add boiled eggs and garnish it with curry leaves.
Ingredients
- Boiled Eggs – 4 no.s
- Sliced Onion – 3 no.s
- Crushed Ginger & Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves – as required
- Salt – as required
- Tomatoes – ¼ cup sliced
- Cooking Oil – as required
- Aksa Egg Masala – 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
