CHICKEN CURRY
Method
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate the chicken with the Aksa chicken masala and salt for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oil in a vessel, splutter mustard seeds and sauté curry leaves, sliced onion and green chilies. Add garlic ginger paste and Tomato and sauté again. Add marinated chicken into the mix with required water and cook till done. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
Ingredients
- Chicken – 1kg
- Aksa chicken masala – 4 tbsp
- Sliced onion – 3 nos
- Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green chilies - 2 to 4 or as required
- Tomato – 1 no.
- Curry leaves
- Pure cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - ½ tsp
- Salt as required
